Barbara began her career as a licensed loan officer for over 25-years, performing an average of 18-million in closings a year working with first time home buyers, construction loans, FHA, VA, NHHFA & USDA loans. She credits her organizing and communication skills in helping her serve the Greater Manchester, Concord and Londonderry communities. Barbara’s hobbies include hiking, water sports, reading and bike riding.

Kayla has professional experience in both the mortgage and title industries, and a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from Southern New Hampshire University. Her knowledge in marketing gives her customers a competitive advantage.

She has always had a passion for real estate, which led her to getting her license and joining the Laurie Norton Team. With Laurie as a team leader, Kayla gets the guidance and experience from a professional in the industry for over 30 years.

Kristin grew up in the small town of Wenham, Massachusetts. She spent her college years at Providence College where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in English. Before joining the Real Estate world, Kristin worked for 10 years in television news as a producer at WCVB in Needham and an Executive Producer at WBZ-TV in Boston. She met her husband and moved to North Carolina where he was stationed in the Army as a Green Beret. After her husband’s retirement from the military, they moved back north to be close to friends and family. They landed in Auburn, NH where they are currently raising two children. Kristin knew when her kids went to school full-time, she wanted to go back to work. After moving seven times in seven years, in and out of the military, she developed quite an obsession with real estate and decided to get her license. She loves to meet and talk to people and is very patient and organized.

   Prior to becoming a Realtor I was an Air Traffic Controller in the USAF, and in the FAA at Boston Air Route Traffic Control Center located in Nashua NH for 33 years.  In that job stress was commonplace but buying and selling a home should not be. Laurie became a licensed Realtor® in 2015 and simultaneously found her passion. Joining the Laurie Norton Realty Team in the beginning of 2017 gave her the opportunity for growth and opportunity she couldn't have found elsewhere. Working side-by-side with Laurie Norton, who has over 30 years of experience, she's learned the ins and outs of real estate from a true professional. Laurie is fluent in working with buyers and sellers as well as investors. She credits her aggressive marketing techniques to find houses for her buyers, even if they aren't yet on the market! She serves communities within an hour's radius of Manchester. Laurie studied at Keene State College, NHTI and at Fortune Builders workshops.
She is always looking to help others by finding the home of their dreams. Whether it's their first home or their last, there's always a milestone that a home sale brings that she feels privileged to be a part of. Laurie enjoys spending time with her three dogs, traveling, cooking and theater.
